Home Office Decor Inspiration

After seven years of living in a cramped studio apartment by myself, I (and my fiance) finally have a new place to call home! And although I’ve never been much of a home decorator, this new space has inspired me to become just that! I think I’ve done a pretty good job if I do say so myself. A lot of my home office decor inspiration came from my personal Instagram Account and also Pinterest! I stuck with my favorite color palette: green, white, black, gold and a little bit of brown.

Porch & Den Voges Ergonomic Home Office Chair

I’ve been obsessed with the color green since birth (St. Patty’s Day baby here 🙋🏾‍♀️), so when I saw this hunter green office chair on Overstock, I just HAD to have it.

The website describes it as a:

It features a metal frame, fabric upholstery, adjustable height, and it is available in green, rose, grey, or dark blue.

Stor-It-All Freestanding Utility Storage Cabinet

 

As a freelance photographer who works a lot with products, props, and equipment, I needed a way to store away some of the more unsightly things like chargers and boxes. I also didn’t want to break the bank for it! I did a quick search on Google (my digital best friend) and this freestanding utility storage cabinet immediately caught my eye!

What I love about it is its height and the storage shelves inside. I also added a few Cube Organizer Shelves that I picked up from Target to help store some of the smaller items.

8-Cube Organizer Shelf

I invested quite a bit in my photography equipment, so why not put it all on display (also, I love having easy access to them)! I picked up this 8-cube storage unit from Target for just $69 and it also pairs very well with the Cube Organizer Shelves that I linked above.

Mount-It! Standing Desk Converter

Last, but definitely not least, is my all-white desk mount. If you work from home and don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on a full-blown standing desk, then this little baby is just the thing for you! It essentially sits on top of your desk and can easily be heightened and lowered using a lever on the side. It has done WONDERS for my lower back!
