I recently made the not-so-difficult decision to start working out and taking better care of my body. My ultimate goal is to put on about 10 pounds of muscle ( yes, I want to put ON weight) and cut unhealthy food out of my diet completely.
One of the first things I noticed after starting my fitness journey was that: I was out of shape *sigh* AND I didn’t own any proper workout gear. I was literally showing up to the gym in my sleepwear (leggings and a t-shirt). I’m not saying that there’s anything wrong with showing up to the gym in your nighties, it just wasn’t the life I saw for myself. So, when Fabletics reached out to me and offered to send me one of their workout outfits to try, I immediately hopped up out of my pajamas/workout outfit and said, ‘Sign me up!’

Fabletics is a clothing brand that sells affordable, high quality and stylish workout clothes for women & men. They offer everything from yoga pants to tops and tees. I decided to go with the Powerhouse 2-Piece Workout Outfit in burgundy which consists of Trinity High-Waisted Pocket Capri pants and a Kessler Medium Impact Sports Bra.

I have not one single qualm with Fabletics’ ordering process. The website is very straight forward and they even have a ‘VIP Member’ program (for free.99) that gets you amazing deals on their products. I, of course, signed up right away! The Details
If you know me, then you know that I am a sucker for details and the Powerhouse 2-piece outfit does not disappoint. One of the things that I love most about it is the pocket on the back of the capri pants. it works as a phone holder and if you’re wondering, it’s pretty secure! Amazing, right?! I’ve always struggled with my phone when at the gym because my poor little pajama leggings didn’t have any pockets. So this was a major selling point for me.
As soon as I put on theTrinity High-Waisted Pocket Capri, it was love at first wear! Not only are they crazy comfortable, but they suck you in in all the right places! Talk about a winner! According to the website, the high-waisted capri’s are Fabletics’

That’s all a fancy way of saying that these capri pants fit like a dream. They have a lot of stretch to them which makes it easy to workout without the fear of splitting your pants (eek!) or exposing unnecessary skin (aka the dreaded upper butt exposure).
All-in-all, I must say that I LOVE this Fabletics Powerhouse 2-Piece Workout Outfit! It’s comfy, functional and comes in different colors to fit your different workout moods. I’ll definitely be going back for more!
